Putting His Experience
to Work

With 15+ years of experience in project management, team building, customer relations, and contract management, Randall has worked in various professional environments and gained vast knowledge of public administration and operational process implementation.

​

Throughout his career, he has been a strong advocate of advancing technology to drive efficiency and performance. This aligns with his goals of producing growth for the city and seeing long-term solutions through. He values continuous process improvement and constantly seeks new ways to work more efficiently to cut costs and eliminate waste.

​

In his role as a leader, he prioritizes developing cross-functional teams while keeping a growth mindset attitude. He has the unique ability to connect with others, build and maintain collaborative relationships with government officials, business leaders, and team members in order to bring residents concerns to the forefront.

As a public servant and innovator, he is passionate about making Revere a better place for all of its residents. He is committed to improving city services, infrastructure, and green spaces as well as ensuring that Revere is a place where everyone can thrive.

Randall graduated from the New England Institute of Technology in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology. Randall also has a pilot's license where he learned valuable skills such as discipline, attention to detail and the importance of safety.

 

Overall, he is grateful for the opportunities that have allowed him to grow both personally and professionally. He looks forward to continue to make a positive impact in the City of Revere.

 Vision

  • Intercity Transit System: I understand the importance of reliable transportation within our ward and city. I would like to work with the administration to create an intercity transit system. I aim to improve connectivity and accessibility for all residents.

 

  • Wheelabator Closure or Relocation: The Wheelabator issue is of significant concern to our community. I am committed to working closely with the committee and local stakeholders to find a solution that is in the best interest of Ward 5. Our goal is to ensure minimal disruption and inconvenience to residents.

 

  • Improving City Services: Ward 5 deserves top-notch city services. I will advocate for enhanced city services that meet the unique needs of our community. This includes better waste management, improved public safety, and efficient public utilities.

 

  • Revitalizing Infrastructure: Our infrastructure is the backbone of our community. I am dedicated to securing funding and resources for much-needed infrastructure upgrades in Ward 5. This includes road repairs, utility maintenance, and the development of sustainable infrastructure solutions.

 

  • Preserving and Expanding Green Spaces: Our green spaces are vital for our physical and mental well-being. I will actively support initiatives to preserve our existing green spaces and work towards expanding them to create more recreational areas for residents.
